I'm looking into Traffic exchange networks

I'm doing some research on how to get more traffic and traffic exchange networks seems to be a really great way for maximum exposure. There's a million different types so i'm trying to find all the better ones out there. So far I've signed up for a couple but most of them are not getting any traffic yet.
